Third-party software, fonts, illustrations and attributed contributions retain their
own copyright holders, notices and licenses.

MathJax: see mathjax/LICENSE (Apache License 2.0) and notices in its distribution.
Quarto-generated JavaScript, CSS and fonts: retain the notices embedded in the
generated site_libs files and any licenses supplied with those components.

licenses/bookdown-template-MIT.txt preserves the original copyright notice for
the historical bookdown template (Copyright (c) 2016 Yihui Xie). It is not a new
MIT license grant for the textbook content. Previously valid grants are not revoked.
